While continuing his development as a GIS professional. Included in his vast array of job duties are: overseeing and developing new mobile field data collection procedures, database management, spatial analysis, managing all field equipment, and utilizing his Part 107 UAS certification as primary drone operator in the field. The opportunity to work on projects of varying sizes, with clients in multiple industries and involvement in all Copperheads services has allowed Chris a solid foundation to constantly implement new technologies, workflows, and grow professionally.

To be on the board of directors is an invaluable opportunity for anyone in Chris’s opinion. It provides a platform to educate, promote, and raise awareness to both students and the public about the importance, diversity, and opportunities the field offers. Any individual would be excited to work directly with others to promote the field, especially in Kentucky.
