In cooperation with The National Geospatial Technology Center of Excellence (GeoTech Center), KAMP is encouraging the GIS and mapping community to attend the GeoEd’18 Conference and Workshops in Louisville, KY the first week of June.  Registration for this event is FREE, but seats for the conference and workshops are filling up FAST!  All-day topics include: UAV / Part 107, GIS Exam Prep, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Python, and more.
 
The National Geospatial Technology Center of Excellence (GeoTech Center) is pleased to announce the upcoming series of in-person workshops to be held at five different locations.
The National GeoEd’18 workshop will take place on the Southwest Campus of Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville.  The workshop will feature sessions on Part 107 Certification, GISP Exam Prep, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Python for Mapping, Humanitarian Mapping with Open Street Map, Field Data Collection and learning to fly a UAS.  There will also be a review of the new GTCM.  These events will occur from June 4 to 6.
GeoTech Center is also hosting four regional workshops each with a different theme.  The workshops are located at San Diego, Salt Lake City, Dallas and Gettysburg.  They will be occurring during the months of June, July and August.
 
Stipends are available for Educators.
