KAMP GIS Scholarship
The KAMP Scholarship Committee is no longer seeking applications for the KAMP Undergraduate GIS scholarship. Deadline to apply for this 2016-17 scholarship was Friday, September 2nd, 2016.
At the 2016 Kentucky GIS conference, the 2016-17 Scholarship was awarded to Ms. Larissa Watkins.
The scholarship is opened to all students attending full-time* during the fall 2016 semester at a 2-year or 4-year higher educational institution in Kentucky with appropriate accreditation. Students must be currently enrolled in a university or college degree program with an emphasis in GIS.
To apply, students must submit the following items:
- A cover letter.
- An updated résumé.
- Official sealed undergraduate transcript(s).
- One (1) letter of reference from faculty in your undergraduate major or GIS program.

*Full-time enrollment is considered to be a minimum of twelve (12) credit hours per academic semester, or its equivalent if the applicant is enrolled in an institution based on the quarter system.
