Applying for or renewing KAMP membership online is a two step process:
1. Fill out the form information
2. Pay with PayPal
Step 1: Filling Out the Online Form
Go to the
KAMP Application Page and fill out the form information.
A red asterix means it's a required field and must be filled out. If you are applying or renewing a corporate membership, consider putting the two additional
employee names you'd like to be included in the corporate membership in the comments box (three separate individuals allowed per corporate membership).
When you are through filling out all fields and have confirmed the information to be correct, print a copy for your records and then hit the submit button.
This will take you to
step two of the application process.
Step 2: Paying for Your Membership
After you submit your form information, you will be re-directed to a payment page. To pay, click the PayPal button.
Once you click the PayPal button, you will be re-directed to PayPal's site where you will need to pay for your membership. If you
have a PayPal account, simply login to PayPal and send payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, click the appropriate link (see image below)
and you will be allowed to pay with your credit card.
Finally, fill out your payment information and hit the Continue button. YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOGIN TO PAYPAL.
You will need to confirm your information once more before submitting your payment.
Now you're done! Thank you for using KAMP's online application system!
New members should receive their membership packets within one month
