The 2011 Kentucky GIS Conference Program has been announced!

The Kentucky GIS Conference Program Committee is very excited about this year’s program. We have more concurrent sessions than in the past few years and definitely will have more individual speakers. The program features an Executive track tailored to the elected or appointed official that needs to better understand what GIS is and why it is so important.

J. Kyle Snyder, GISP Kyle has worked in the GIS field for over Ten years; Eighth years with the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission, as well as the Clermont County Auditors Office (Ohio) and the Tongass National Forest in Sitka, Alaska. Kyle has served as the president of the Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals and the IKO (Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio) Chapter of GITA (Geospatial and Information Technologies Association). Kyle has a B.A. in Geography from Miami University.
